Fixed prices apply to domestic residential customers only.
Our no unblock - no fee policy excludes, collapsed or damaged drains, any blockage that falls under the responsibility of the relevant public utility company.
In the event AquaJet Drainage Ltd. are called out to a fixed price unblock and it is established that tree roots have entered the drain, the tree root removal would be subject to additional works not covered under the fixed price fee. The fixed price unblocking fee will still be charged to the customer and any additional labour and plant fee discussed and agreed with the customer before additional chargeable works undertaken.
Commercial customers will be given a price subject to engineers site survey.
Our engineer will occasionally need access to a water source ideally an external water tap.
In the event that a mechanical intrusion to a drain is required to gain access, this will be charged at £25 and will be notified and agreed with client before work carried out.
In the event of a toilet needing to be completely removed due to access issues regarding blockage AquaJet Drainage Ltd. will give the client a costing over and above any fixed rate advertised for unblocking works. Due to the nature of such works AquaJet Drainage Ltd. cannot be held liable for damage to finishes such as sealants, paintwork and sanitary goods. Toilet reinstatement will not include making good to any disturbed/damaged surfaces.
If a drain that has been notified as defective, upon cctv inspection, any further call out is charged at current rate.
Any blockage that is reoccurring after 14 days will be unblocked again and will be charged at our current drain unblocking rate or at the rate initially quoted.
On occasion it may become apparent that the blockage or drain problem is because of a neighbouring property or the utility services connecting to clients drains. In such an event AquaJet Drainage Ltd. reserve the right to charge our customer as per our current rates for fixed price drain unblocking.
AquaJet Drainage Ltd. cannot be held liable for damages to driveways or surface finishes when removing access chambers, etc.
